By accessing and using AppApp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppApp is an AI-powered resume optimization tool that helps users tailor their resumes to specific job descriptions. The Service includes:

• Resume analysis and optimization
• Job description matching
• Cover letter generation (Pro/Premium)
• Gap detection and Q&A (Pro/Premium)
• DOCX download (Pro/Premium)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your resume
• Review all AI-generated content before use
• Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Not misrepresent your qualifications to employers
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Limited to 3 resumes and 1 job description per day. ATS strategy only.

Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited usage, all strategies, gap detection, cover letters, DOCX download.

Premium ($19/month): All Pro features plus interview prep, LinkedIn optimization, and history.

Launch Special: Pro available at $1/month for users who subscribe before February 14, 2026. This rate is locked in for the life of the subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@imran.com for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. The optimized output generated by AppApp is yours to use as you see fit.

AppApp, its logo, and related trademarks are property of Cloud 9 Global Inc. IMRAN® is a registered trademark.

7. Limitation of Liability

AppApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will get a job interview or offer
• That the AI-generated content is error-free
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service

Cloud 9 Global Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
